Viet-Man Le studied Computer Science at the Institute for Informatics in French-speaking areas (IFI), Vietnam, and graduated in 2011 as MSc with double diplomas from the University of La Rochelle, France and Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam. During his study at IFI, he gained a wide range of expertise in Machine Learning, Content-based Information Retrieval, and Information Visualization. In his Master’s thesis, he presented an image browser using Self-Organizing Maps for visualizing images in which similar images are placed close together. He worked as a lecturer at the University of Economics, Hue University, Vietnam, from 2004 to 2019. At the moment, he is a Ph.D. student and works as a university assistant in the Applied Artificial Intelligence research group. His current research focuses on Configuration Systems, Recommender Systems, and Machine Learning.
