The goal of WECARE (Community-based Configuration of Complex Products and Services) was to develop new interfaces for intelligent financial service decision making. These interfaces will support community-based recommendations and reconfigurations of financial service solutions (on the basis of case knowledge stemming from already completed sales dialogs). The outcome of the project were diagnosis and repair algorithms that support efficient diagnosis and repair processes that are applicable beyond the domain of financial services configuration.
